- We ship only after payment is fully cleared and ONLY to address provided by Square. The address cannot be changed at any time.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping and Handling cost to and from the buyer will be charged for any refused delivery.
International Shipping / Customs
- We do not under-value our merchandise or mark it as a gift on customs forms. This is against U.S. and international laws.
- Customs fees are the buyer’s duty to the government. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
- Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when the item is picked up by the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are non-refundable.
- If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or carrier charges, and the package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs fees plus shipping and handling cost incurred (The buyer will be partially refunded). We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and is inspected by our team. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued.
We have the right to cancel the order under the following circumstances:
- The payment is not cleared by Square.
- There is a problem with the shipping address.
- The buyer is unresponsive and doesn’t answer the messages.
- In case of a Pricing Error.
Return/ Exchange Policy
- We list all brand new/replacement devices under “30 days return policy”. We offer “30 days exchange policy” for all our stock.
- Products that are returned with missing, damaged or altered Box, Parts, or accessories will be either refused or charged a restocking fee equal or greater than 10%.
- If your order arrives incorrect or the package was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Defective items will be replaced only after matching the serial number with the one in our system.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided for items that are found to be defective within 30 days otherwise the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We provide 1 year’s manufacturer warranties which are explicitly mentioned in the labels.
- We offer an additional 1-year warranty if you register your purchase on our website (https://www.syncs.ca/become-vip/). If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement.
- Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can resolve it. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the unit back for an exchange. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs. The warranty will only cover manufacturer faults and does NOT include the following:
- Damage caused by liquid damage.
- Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment.
- Damage caused by attempting to repair by yourself or a third party
Battery life / Accessories.
